EiP Members Community

The EIP members community brings Pediatricians and any professionals who are caring for children from around the world into the EIP community in order to amplify the impact of their projects and activities. The real potential with EIP lies in its unique networking and information sharing capacity as a community. EIP not only has the access to leading international paediatric centers of excellence and their best experts. EIP also has the access to a leading communication resource that allows EIP to effectively reach out, directly, to tens of thousands of paediatricians around the world. This puts EIP as a world-leading communication hub for paediatricians. 

The Excellence In Paediatrics Community is open for individual professionals from all over the world to become members. Hundreds of the conference participants along with the professionals who have registered to the Breastfeeding Special Interest Group have been registered to become members and contribute in the Community’s mission and activities.

The Excellence in Paediatrics has launched a new web platform that will allow members to collaborate, exchange knowledge, share experiences and practices. The members’ profiles will be available openly through the Community Web Site and EIP members will have the opportunity to present and share their activities and achievements with all community members. Forums, discussions and libraries are available for all members to share their knowledge and ideas. Calls for collaboration on scientific tasks, projects and research are publishing through the platform on a regular base from members to other members.

Excellence in Paediatrics Networks and Special interest groups are a combination of organisations and individual members that have a shared passion for achieving an EIP mission through one of our initiatives. They come together to create and implement strategies using the Excellence in Paediatrics Community as their platform.

Current Networks and Special Interest Groups that Unite the Power of Paediatricians

We are achieving targeted change by developing focused networks on the latest concerns in modern paediatrics.

EIP’s networks and special interest groups, raise awareness, educate and inform paediatric healthcare professional, from around the world, about emerging areas of development, treatment methods and to fill existing knowledge gaps. The end result being that we tackle current paediatric health concerns by helping to improve professional understanding and by informing policymakers.

Current networks and initiatives that members are able to join include:

• The Global Breastfeeding Network
  A multi-year initiative focused on increasing breastfeeding rates globally, already supported by a global network of 1,800

• The Anaphylaxis Network
  Targeted at increasing the levels of anaphylaxis awareness and preparedness, already supported by a network of 1,000
